Your storage unit reservation is not yet complete.

To complete your reservation, we require some important information from you.

A member of the store team will contact you: this usually by phone using the contact number you have supplied.  If we call you at an inconvenient time, please call us back to complete your booking.

We need to check the storage room size with you to make sure the unit we reserve is suitable for the size and type of goods you wish to store and is in your preferred location within the building.  We will then check availability for your chosen move in date and reserve your storage space on our systems.

If you would like to use our Free van, it is available on a first come first serve basis and we will need a small refundable deposit to secure the booking for your chosen date.

We have listed below, what you will need to bring with you on your move in day so we can set up your account.

If you require packing boxes to store your goods safely, we have a full range of boxes & protective coverings available that can be purchased in-store, or we can deliver to you.

To bring on the day

Once we have confirmed your reservation, please bring the following with you on your move in date:

Photo ID e.g. Passport or UK driving licence.

Confirmation of your address such as a recent bank statement or utility bill, in your name and dated within the last three months.

A Debit or Credit card to make payment for your first 4 weeks storage and StoreProtect fees.  If you don’t need storage for this amount of time, we will refund you for any unused storage. You will need to secure your room with a padlock; we can provide the correct type from £11.95
