Your provisional storage reservation has been sent to the store.  A member of the store team will contact you shortly to confirm the unit size you have requested is the ideal size and to check availability for your chosen move in date.

The Free van is available on a first come first serve basis and we will need a small refundable deposit to secure the booking for your chosen date.

We have listed below, what you will need to bring with you on your move in day so we can set up your account.

If you require packing boxes to store your goods safely, we have a full range of boxes & protective coverings available that can be purchased in-store, or we can deliver to you.

To Bring on the day

Following your confirmed reservation, please bring the following with you on your move in date:

Photo ID e.g. Passport or UK driving licence.

Confirmation of your address such as a recent bank statement or utility bill, in your name and dated within the last three months.

A Debit or Credit card to make your initial payment, including appropriate insurance cover and your refundable security deposit.  You will need to secure your room with a padlock; we can provide the correct type from £10.
